This is Cardio Drumming: A fun, low-impact, head-to-toe workout that actually feels good.

The Three B’s

    You’ll move your body by squatting, reaching, stepping, pointing, and stabilizing your core.

    You’ll perform these movements while following certified instructors to the beat of music you’ll recognize— and maybe even sing along to!

    You’ll put it all together for a cardio drumming session that exercises your brain and your body—truly a head-to-toe workout.

What is cardio drumming?

Cardio drumming is exactly what it sounds like — drumming that gets your heart pumping!

At Drum2BFit, you’ll use real drumsticks on yoga balls in a head-to-toe, music-driven workout that’s as fun as it is effective. Each class is set to a customized playlist and led by certified instructors who bring the energy, motivation, and fun.

Just show up, sing along to the songs you know (because we promise you’ll know most of them!), and have fun.

Before you know it, your session’s over — and you won’t believe how much you moved.

FAQ

What do I need to bring for class?

Just yourself and some water! We provide everything you need — including drumsticks and yoga balls. Wear sneakers and comfortable clothing, and get ready to move.

What kind of music do you play?

Playlists are curated by your instructors and feature upbeat, feel-good tracks you’ll recognize — think classic throwbacks, current pop hits, and energizing tunes. Don’t be shy! We love to see our participants singing along.

Is cardio drumming okay if I have limited mobility?

Absolutely. Every Drum2BFit session includes a modification set for seated participation. Whether you're recovering, aging gracefully, or just easing back into exercise, you’ll be supported every step of the way.

How long is a typical session?

Most sessions are 45-60 minutes, including a warm up and cool-down. School assemblies vary by age group and time available.

How many drummers can you accomodate?

We provide yoga balls and drumsticks for 30 participants maximum at one time. It is possible to schedule back-to-back drumming sessions to accommodate a party of more than 30.
